Remember, eating plant based doesn’t mean you have to stop being a foodie! You can still love food, eat tasty stuff AND feel the incredible benefits of eating whole foods plant based!
A final note. I typically cook ALL my meals in bulk on Sunday. These recipes last all week and stay good. You can do it however you want but know it can be easy if you prep in bulk (and own an Instant Pot)!
